Snowbird in the Summer

This past week was a fun one with a few stressful moments (Adalyn got sick for the first time and these new parents were a little lost on what to do).  We spent most of the week circling Utah going to lots of fun events.  First we were able to go to the Logan temple with McKay's family.  It was Diana's first time going through and I was very grateful that we were able to be there with her.  Thanks James and Katlynne for watching Adalyn! 

After the temple we were going to spend the next two days with Michelle and Laron at their house before the wedding, but they were heading to Snowbird to stay at their Grandpa's condo so they invited us to come with them.  We had a great time hiking, playing, and swimming in the beautiful mountains.  It is fun as the kids get older that they can play and interact more together.  I am sure Bailey and Addie will be great friends in the years to come.  :) And even with all four kids and four adults in ONE room everyone slept great (such a blessing).  Here are a few pictures from the park...

While we were at the park, the daddys played tennis then in the afternoon we all went swimming.  Adalyn loved the water and enjoyed jumping in.  Hopefully this love of water will stay. :)

We had fun on our mini vacation, lots of yummy food, good company, and fun activities.  Thanks Laron and Michelle for inviting us. 

The rest of the week was spent at Diana's wedding and Preston's Farewell.  I will blog about those in a seperate post.  Hope you are all having a great day!
