Diana's Wedding 07-27-12

McKay's sister, Diana, got married a couple of weeks ago in the Logan Temple.  She married Chase, they are a darling couple, and we are excited to have him in the family.  It was a fast engagment (like one month) because Chase was going away to school and ofcourse Diana wanted to go with him. :)

The wedding day was beautiful with a small wind that helped make it not so hot.  After the temple and pictures they had a luncheon at a near by resturant that was REALLY yummy (chicken cordon bleu and pasta are my kind of food).

Diana's colors were black and white with purple accents.  It was a wonderful day spent with family and friends, and we already miss aunt Diana who now lives across the country :(

Here are some pictures from the wedding...

The last one is Adalyn with her fun babysitter, who is also McKay's cousin that lives near us in Idaho.  It was nice that she was there so that she could watch Adalyn while we were in the temple.

After the wedding we headed to Salt Lake to see my family for a few days and watch lots of Olympics (we don't have cable so that was the only Olympics that we have watched this whole time...sad I know).  Then on Sunday we went to Grandma and Grandpa Pace's church to listen to Preston (McKay's youngest brother) give his farewell talk.  He did great (he even had to speak in two different wards) and I am sure he is LOVING the MTC (missionary training center)  right now ;)  He will be spending the next two years in the Lancing, Michigan mission.  We know he will do great and bless the lives of many people there.

After lunch that day we finally headed home from our great summer/utah adventure.  On the way home just for fun McKay and I came up with guesses on how many nieces or nephews will be born while Preston is gone (yes we get THAT creative on the drives between Utah and Idaho). But it will be fun to see if we are right, guess we will only know it two years. :)

Well folks that is all for today, we are off for some more family fun tomorrow!  Have a great weekend!
