Oh Jensen boy you are almost 9 months old now, but lets take a moment and celebrate 8 months ok?
He had VERY long hair this month, which drove mommy nuts! But then we cut it and I miss it being long. You just looked so darn cute when it was all styled.
But most of the time it wasn't styled, hence the reason why it needed to be cut.
This month you still did your army crawl and only ruined a few shirts in the process as you would mop the floor everywhere you went.
You also learned how to pull yourself up to lower furniture, but struggled getting down so we had a lot of cries for help and I would find in the most random places. Adalyn learned to open and close doors this month so she locked you in her bedroom a lot.
You still can rock your carseat on your own and do it frequently. People LOVE seeing you do it and are pretty amazed by your skills. You even know how to turn the carseat because you rock it so hard. Video coming soon!
Started teething, but still no teeth have popped through. And we officially decided that the teething necklace that you wear is helping you avoid some of the pain. When we take it off for a few hours we can tell a difference than when it is on. Around our house you will hear us say a lot "where is the binky?" and "where is Jensen's necklace?"
You are still eating well. Both nursing and solids. No meat yet and very little grain, just lots of fruit and veggies. You have started showing that you really like when the food is pureed (I think so you can eat it faster, you attack food like you haven't eaten in years) so sometimes mom breaks down and feeds you some "baby food".
You have started showing some preference towards mom, so some days it is war between you and Adalyn on who gets to sit on my lap.
Your favorite thing is anything in Adalyn's room
You hate having your diaper changed
You love having your hair cut
You do not like green beans
