Weekend with family and friends

So this past wednesday I finished up my last day of work and then headed to Salt Lake for the rest of the weekend. Sadly McKay still had class so he stayed behind. :( Larissa was nice enough to come all the way up to Cache Valley and get me. So while she was here we took a trip to the temple for a session. This was our first time doing a session together and her first time in the Logan Temple. After the temple we ate a quick lunch and then headed to Salt Lake. While in Salt Lake we watched some of Mykelti's basketball games (which she won ALL of them), went shopping for fabric for the baby's nursery bedding (It is SO cute, and there is not one drop of pink on it, but still very girly. Can't wait to see the finished product!), and colored easter eggs (yes we are still coloring easter eggs). Also I was able to get together with a few of my very best friends from highschool and catch up on each others lives before we all start heading in different directions for the summer. Then on Saturday we headed back up to Logan for my first Baby Shower (more about that will be in another post). So over all it was a great weekend and a nice relaxing week before packing starts. But I am glad to be back with McKay too, I think he missed me :) Thanks mom and dad for letting me come! Ok here are a few pictures... Hanging out with friends at the park

Oh and we tried a "Glitter Egg" kit and it did NOT work very well. So I would suggest staying away from those. Seems like the normal kind are still the best :) Well that is all have a good day!
