I broke down...and bought some (maybe a lot) of cute bows and headbands. I. AM. SO. EXCITED. They are darling on my computer screen (I bought them online) and so I am sure they are going to be even cuter on our little girl. :) How does McKay feel about headbands? He tolerates them because he knows I love them (secretly though I think he likes them), but really did he even have a choice in the matter?
With having all sisters you would have expected us to wear a lot of headbands in our youth but sadly no. My dad did NOT like them so my mom never put them on us. So Dad you can take it off of her while you are holding her, but she will have one on the rest of the time.
So I had been shopping around for a while, seeing what was in style and what kind would be the best. After weeks of just looking around online I ended up buying some headbands on Ebay for a GREAT price and then I ran across this really cute blog called www.kylaskreations.blogspot.com She has pretty good prices and lots of different styles. I don't want the bow/flower to over take my babies head and so she had lots of smaller styles too. I especially love that you can interchange the headband and the flower clip, definitely saves money and they can wear them later on when they actually have some hair. (I am pretty sure my babies are going to be bald for a while.)
Well that is about it for today. Staying home all day has proven so far to still keep me very busy which I am fine with and I glad that I am able to cook dinner and be here to support McKay in his last couple of weeks of school. Thanks for reading, have a good day!
p.s. Sorry this post has no pictures, but don't worry I will definitely post some of our little girl wearing the headbands in a few months :)
