Have you forgotten...

This past Sunday we visited the Healing field in Sandy with my family. For those of you that do not know what the Healing Field is it is a memorial for the September 11th attacks and for all the fallen Utah Soldiers. It is an amazing site to see 3,000 flags all flying in a beautiful green field, and it was a neat reminder of the sacrifices that are being made daily on our behalf. To me the flag stands for freedom, hope, Under God we Trust, sacrifice, unity, agency, and courage. I feel so lucky that we are able to live such beautiful lives and worship the way that we choose because of the sacrifices of the early americans and the brave americans of today. Thanks mom and dad for giving us the sweet reminder of how blessed we really are. Have a good night everyone!
