I am currently 16 weeks along and we just had our second doctors appointment today. Everything is looking great, and I just can't tell you what a wonderful thing it is to hear the heartbeat! Such a relief each time! We are already so in love with our little munchkin and can't wait till next month when we get to find out whether it is a him or a her...
Also, this past saturday we went to Babys-R-Us (along with the rest of SLC it was packed!) and bought a carseat and stroller. I have had this slight obsession with baby accessories and so I was in heaven! I also enjoyed just watching people as they studied, tested, and discussed which carseat/stroller to buy. Most of us were first time parents and we were all alittle clueless on which one was the best (after all these carseats will be holding our most precious cargo) In the end after much debate and serious test driving we settled on this Chicco. Good choice or not?
Honestly I was more for a Graco but they didn't really have a pattern that I loved so I went with this very simple green and gray one which is my style these days. (but don't you worry if we have a girl it will definitely get some pink and frills added to it) Well that is about it! have a good night!

ReplyDeleteYeah, aren't you glad we're able to hear a heartbeat each appointment? What did those women do back before such technology? I know it's always a comfort to me & even funner to see if it's a boy or a girl! It's coming up! Good job getting a carseat already & good luck waiting another month!
