My First Bridal Shower

No it wasn't MY bridal shower, but my first time hosting a bridal shower. It was actually for Carrie, who is a really good friend from high school. She is getting married on May 20th to an amazing guy who she met in an institute class (just like McKay and I) And I think it went really well for it being my first time! We had it at my parents house since I didn't really expect everyone to drive up to logan. :) It was so fun to see all my high school friends and catch up on each others lives. Mostly we talked about who was married, who was engaged, and who was dating who. (you know the usual girl talk) I made Brownie cake, which I love and I think everyone liked it too. We played one game and then opened all the fun, sometimes slightly inappropriate gifts. :) Thanks to everyone who came and Congrats Carrie I can't wait to see you get married next week!
