Easter Extravaganza

This past weekend was so fun! General Conference was so amazing and I loved hearing all of the apostles and the prophet speak. It was also really cool because my dad's cousin, Rosemary Wixom was put in as part of the new Primary General presidency. (cool huh?) Then, on Sunday my family came up to our house for a Easter dinner and to watch the afternoon session of Conference. It was so fun hanging out with them, and I am so grateful that they were willing to come up since McKay had to work again. Luckly he finished early so we were all able to spend the day together. We ate lots of yummy food and played tons of Trans America. (thanks Betsy for the awesome game)

This Easter was different then most in the past because I did not go to one Easter egg Hunt, I didn't color one hard boiled egg, and I did not have one piece of Easter candy. But it was great because I was really able to focus on the true meaning of this holiday and the wonderful atonement. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!
